COMPANY HISTORY

FOUNDED in 1998 by Jack Diamond, a commercial real estate broker in the Dallas, Texas area, Web Real Estate, Inc. started life as a company focused on finding ways to make the commercial real estate transaction process more efficient by using the Internet as a marketing tool. Today, that founding vision is still the guiding beacon for everything that we do. Web Real Estate, Inc. ("WRE") is now a leading national Internet based commercial real estate information company. The business of the company can be best described by two different analogies.

PROPERTY INFORMATION PACKAGES on the INTERNET
In the commercial real estate industry the sales or leasing process relies on two primary selling tools: the property
sign and the property information package. The property sign is used to generate leads that the owner, manager, or broker responds to by sending a PIP. WRE makes both tools more effective. WRE actually creates the PIP for the client. Clients who choose to create their own PIP find that the cost, in terms of money and staff time, are substantial. Once created the PIP elements have to be duplicated and assembled each time a prospect calls for information. Sending the PIP to the prospect costs postage or overnight freight fees and takes time to arrive, delaying the process.
